I believe It is not uncommon for individuals to go through a hard time, to be facing more than you can handle, or to feel lost, and not know where to go or what to do next. Life is full of hardships, circumstances, and challenges. Together we can navigate through life changes, and also help you to find a sense of hope. To see you step into a mindset free from worry, unhealthy thoughts, shame, or self-doubt. I feel it is perfectly fine to be exactly where you are right now, but it may not be healthy for you to stay there. As your therapist I will strive to help you identify your individual needs. I use a unique modality of treatment for each individual. I want to help you create new goals, ideas, and thoughts that are positive and achievable. No matter what you’re going through I will meet you where you are and we can start this journey together. As a therapist I believe in treatment that accommodates the totality of each person’s unique, individual, physical, psychological, and emotional needs. Some of these approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution focused brief therapy, person-centered therapy, IFS and brainspotting. While utilizing these therapeutic modalities I will be supportive and encouraging to help you create positive life changes.
